Sweet Waters

I love to cook, it's how I love. But baking is a passion. That's when my mind floats away. My passion is studying the history and cultures associated with different foods, cooking and baking, and of course, writing about it. I'm always learning. Since I shouldn't eat all that I bake, I "bake and take." I bake whatever I want. I love to challenge myself. Then, I set aside one serving for my husband, one for myself, and one for each of my boys, and I take the rest to an office of a friend, the local police station, and so forth. My boys love to get in the kitchen with Mommy. It is our special time. We sing and dance and bake and lick and laugh.
